Electronic enrollment system (involves system build, review, and testing) implemented

Historical plan utilization reporting reviewed

Open enrollment completed for which we offer: a powerpoint presentation, face-to-face meetings, webinars and/or group meetings and recordings

Open enrollment employee data and changes submitted to carriers
